Why Nagarjuna will never back ANR's biopic

If a director or a producer were to go to Nagarjuna with the proposal to make a biopic of Akkineni Nageshwara Rao, the Yuva Samrat will ask them to rethink. Why so?
The 'Officer' actor feels that his late father led a simple life with no major upheavals. He did spectacular films and was a truly great actor, but Nag seems to believe that there has to be something dramatic to tell in a biopic.
One sees Nag's point. In 'Mahanati', it's the marital discord between Savitri and Gemini Ganesan which becomes the crux. In the yet-to-be-released 'Sanju', Sanjay Dutt's tryst with drugs, terrorism, media trial and worse become highpoints. One may as well say, conventionally speaking, that there has to be some negative/unknown/shocking/tragic aspect in a life for it to be made into a biopic.
