Why Monica walked out of Manmadha Rajyam?

Some differences with the director and a minor fracture on the sets of an upcoming film have made Monica to opt out of ÂManmadha RajyamÂ, say circles close to her.
The movie directed by 'Mangai' Harirajan went on floors recently. However, Monica, who was announced as one of the heroines of the film, did not take part at the event.
Sources close to her reveal that she expressed inability to act in 'Manmadha Rajyam'. Following this, Keerthi Chawla, Tejashree, Akshaya, Mega Nair and one more actress will act in lead roles, it is said.
The film was earlier titled ÂManmadha LeelaiÂ. The change in the name was due to the reported denial of permission by veteran K Balachandar, who claims the ownership of the title. Circles close to the ace filmmaker said that he is planning to remake ÂManmadha LeelaiÂ, which he made decades ago with Kamal Haasan in the lead.
