'Sanam Re' star Yami Gautam is currently ruling her stardom as she has recently signed the movie 'Kaabil' opposite Hrithik Roshan. Seems that she is all excited to join the team and cast soon. Sources say that, Yami was not the first choice for the movie, there were other leading actress like-Kareena Kapoor Khan and Parineeti Chopra. But they had rejected the offer then because the role is very small on screen.

So the makers of the movie have decided to cast a smaller star and Yami was perfect for the role. Yami had earlier done small roles in movies like 'Badlapur', 'Action Jackson' and now 'Kaabil'. According to a close source from the industry, we got to know that, "The heroine dies before the interval! The film is about a blind guy who takes revenge of his girlfriend's rape and murder. So Yami will only be there in the first half.

Fans I`m sure she will do a great job and as of now she has already done in the industry and also will be soon seen in Sanam Re`that will hit theatres on February 12. We don`t mind seeing her for a short while but she will surely look amazing onscreen with Hrithik I'm sure.
