Nikhil Siddhartha is upset with the invasion of Sai Dharam Tej's privacy at a time when the Mega hero is undergoing treatment after a road accident. Without taking any names, the '18 Pages' actor lamented that cameras have been allowed inside the ICU, where the Mega hero has been treated.

"Why are Cameras being allowed into an ICU? It’s sad to see these videos of Sai Dharam Tej getting treated. Please Respect A person's Privacy (sic)," the 'Karthikeya 2' star wrote. His outburst is reminiscent of what many netizens said when a star journalist interviewed Covid patients inside the ICU during the peak of the second wave.

Nikhil's views have been supported by a lot of Netizens, who are as miffed with the invasion of the 'Republic' actor's privacy.

Earlier, celebs such as Harish Shankar have also criticized sections of media for resorting to sensationalism in their reportage on the accident. The 'Gaddalakonda Ganesh' and 'Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh' maker has called out the media for feeding off the accident. In a sarcastic tweet, he thanked Sai Tej for providing livelihood to others even while undergoing treatment.
