Why are they saying 'cardiac arrest'?

Diligent media reports after Sridevi's Death Certificate are now asking as to why it has been said that the legend died due to cardiac arrest.
"BIG QUESTION: If Sridevi died of accidental drowning who floated heart attack theory?" says an English channel, floating the hashtag #SrideviDeathMystery.
Says journalist Sonia Singh, "Accidental drowning could be after/ because of cardiac arrest. Don't think one rules out the other."
"Dubai Police has transferred #Sridevi ji's case to Dubai Public Prosecution. As per reports, Dubai prosecutor says that more investigations are required. Mortal remains will not be released," says journalist Faridoon Shahyar.
Sridevi's phone records are now under investigation. Boney Kapoor could be probed.
