Why 3 heroines in 'Alex Pandian'?

Director Suraaj has come out with an explanation, as to why he opted for four heroines (Anushka, Nikita and Sanusha) in his forthcoming film 'Alex Pandian'.
I always wanted my films to be colourful. My ultimate aim is that audience should thoroughly enjoy my movies. So I chose to have three actresses so that I could have more songs and attractive scenes, he says.
The director is however quick to add that Anushka will be the main heroine of 'Alex Pandian', which has Karthi Sivakumar and Santhanam in pivotal roles.
The film produced by Studio Green has been simultaneously made in Telugu, as 'Bad Boy'. It is expected that the movie will hit the screens for Pongal.
