Megastar's fans are celebrating this day (July 23rd) as it marks the date when the cult hit 'Pasivadi Pranam' hit the screens 30 years ago.

Starring Chiranjeevi, Vijayashanthi, Sumalatha and Raghuvaran in main roles, the emotional drama revolved around an autistic child, played by Baby Sujitha. Produced by Geetha Arts, the film was directed by A Kodandarami Reddy, the star director whom Chiru would consider as a master filmmaker. Their hit combination used to create new BO records year after year.

'PP' is remembered as the first film that introduced break dance to Telugu cinema. Chiru would attain Megastardom mainly because of such innovations.

It's also the first South Indian movie to be dubbed into Russian.

At Tirupathi's Mini Pratap, it had a glorious 175-days run with 5-shows on every single day!

It's also the first film to have crossed 100 days run with five shows at three centers in Andhra Pradesh!
