With director Shankar busy penning the script and screenplay for his dream venture Sivaji starring Rajinikanth, speculation are rife about the actress who will play Rajinikanth's ladylove in the movie.

The likes of Aishwarya Rai, Amisha Patel, Ayesha Takia, Nayantra are doing the rounds. Rumors are also a buzz that actress Trisha might play the role.

When asked, an enthusiastic Trisha says, 'I am a great fan of Rajinikanth. I grew up watching his movies. I liked all his films and enjoyed watching it with whole family.' Trisha says, 'all actresses would love to act opposite Rajnikanth. I am no exception to it. There is no question of age in the film'.

She is currently busy acting in a couple of Telugu movies besides Aaru opposite Surya, Something Something with Jeyam Ravi and Vijay starrer Aadhi.

Meanwhile, Aishwarya Rai, who was tried to be cast in many Rajini films before, is faced with date problems. This time around the actress has been through the good offices of Shankar. Aishwarya has already worked with Shankar in Jeans. So they share a mutual respect.
