The film is yet to disclose its male lead and this has been creating immense curiosity.

'Khubsoorat' is a remake of the 1980's classic comedy, directed by Shashanka Ghosh. It had then Rakesh Roshan as its lead hero. Now given the fact, the film was totally based on the female lead, Rekha, it has to be now seen as to which contemporary actor will accept to play second fiddle to the leading lady.

There have been umpteenth rumors floating on who will be essaying the male lead opposite the actress. However the male lead is being kept under wraps and is a sort of mystery.

The first schedule of the film has already gone on floors with the shooting of the film taking place at Bikaner.
