Did lawyers have a problem with the title Chettu Kinda Pleader? If someone has a hero who fakes his medicine degree and chooses the title Rogam Penche Doctor, should doctors have a problem with it? Should all wrong people have a problem with Sarrainodu?

The question ought to be asked, albeit for some comic relief, in the context of representatives of police department complaining about, what they seem to think, objectionable titles like Policeodu, Mental Police and such.

Only the other day, they got the makers of Policeodu (mainly Dil Raju) agree to a title change in the last minute. They are reportedly unhappy that the makers of Mental Police (the Srikanth-starrer) haven't so far responded to title change. Should the film be called Bhale Police even though Srikanth's character has 'tikka' with a 'lekka'. It beats imagination as to how one can have objections with a film title. Titles can have relevance to the story. Or they can just be there because of popular slang. Policeodu is not after all disrespectful. Mental Police is hardly disparaging because the hero's madness is for a good cause.

Getting offended kills creativity. Creativity of others, needless to say.
