The last couple of weeks the media limelight was hogged by Suchithra Karthick the singer who has not been on the public radar for a few years now. Her social media account being hacked and unsavory pictures and videos of Kollywood celebrities released from it rattled the industry.

While Suchithra`s husband actor Karthick Kumar had hinted at an illness, reports from various quarters have been suggesting that she is undergoing severe depression and also fighting addiction. For a week or so there has been no news about Suchi and when media persons tried to contact her they were unable to reach her. Even Karthick Kumar seems to have no idea about her whereabouts and this has caused speculations in some circles whether Suchi has gone absconding. Some have even gone to the extent of suggesting that she may have been kidnapped because of her last tweet.
