Where is Nithyananda is the million-dollar question today that is being asked not only by the people of South India but also the state and central cops as well. It was first believed that the self-styled godman along with his female devotees settled in his own country Kailaasa near Ecuador but that government made it clear that it did not help him buy an island and refused him political refuge as well.

Now Nithyananda's famous girl devotees Ma Nityanandita and Ma Nitya Thathuvapriyananda have revealed to the court that they are currently in Virginia in the United States. It is their father Janardana Sharma who filed a habeas corpus to locate his four children from the Gujarat Ashram and while the younger two were handed over to him the elder two went missing along with their spiritual leader.

The two girls through their lawyer offered to depose from the Indian High Commission of the United States or West Indies but the division bench of Justices SR Brahmbhatt and AP Thaker insisted that they appear in person and has adjourned the case to December 20th and has given time to them to reply before the 19th. It remains to be seen whether Nithyananda is also with them or not.
