When Vijay copied acting for his famous film

Thalapathy Vijay is one of the mass heroes in Tamil and Malayalam cinema who has his own unique acting style laden with jest and humor, energy and an air of casualness.  Director Mahendran who played his villain in 'Theri' has revealed in an interview to a leading Tamil weekly that he accepted the role because Vijay wanted to costar.

Mahendran has also stated that during 'Theri' shooting Vijay had divulged  that while doing 'Sachein' he wanted to approach the role in a different style but taken in by director John Mahendran antics while explaining the scenes he just copied him.
