Shruti Haasan, who is reprising Sai Pallavi's role in the Telugu remake of Premam, caused the recently closed Vizag schedule to be cut short by one day. Naga Chaitanya, Shruti Haasan and others participated in a 20-day-long schedule in a college there. The film crew faced several problems as the college students and outsiders assembled there to watch the shoot caused inconvenience.

The onlookers would constantly have the actress' body guards busy themselves preventing them from going near Shruti. A fight sequence had to be shot on the last day, but the same could not be carried out because Shruti suggested that it be shot in some other location. In the event, the action episode was shot at the famous Aluminium factory in Hyderabad.
