Superstar Rajinikanth is meeting his fans for the fourth consecutive day at his Raghavendra Marriage Hall in Kodambakkam, Chennai and as usual, he was punctual for the event. Speaking to fans from Coimbatore, Erode and Tirupur, he stated that he has a close bonding with the region as his spiritual guru Sachidanandha hails from Mettupalayam and it was he who inspired him to make 'Baba' besides teaching him sacred mantras.

Rajini was very philosophical when he related an incident of him traveling to Coimbatore along with Sivaji Ganesan at the time of Annamalai's release. It's when fans thronged to him at the airport and ignored the legendary Ganesan. Sivaji, however, told the "embarrassed" Rajini that it is his time and he should enjoy it!

The Thalaivar said that he experienced the same emotion when he recently wanted to visit an ashram and the management asked him to come at a different time as a happening mass hero was also visiting the same place. The ashram's organizers, after all, were too busy controlling the fans of the mass hero!
