When Pawan is leaving films

For a while, it has been speculated that Power Star Pawan Kalyan will sign off completely and take the plunge into politics in a big way months before the 2019 Assembly and Lok Sabha elections. Some of them have also said that Pawan Kalyan will do films back-to-back like never before if only to mint as much money as possible.

As someone who flirted with his brother's party way back in 2009, and as someone who juggled with politics in 2014 after founding a political party himself, Pawan has never seemed inclined about making politics his full-time avocation.

It looks like Pawan has given a categorical reply in the yet-to-be-released interview given to Anupama Chopra. After the interview, Anupama Chopra shared some quotable quotes of Pawan from the interview. "Politics is like a Pandora's box. I cannot stop listening to my inner voice. Once I get into politics, I will leave films," he said.

Although it's not clear as to what he means by "getting into politics" (he has been at in for many years now, never mind the sabbaticals he has taken after the elections of 2009 and 2014), he seems to have said categorically that there will come a day when he will leave films and take up politics full-time.

The question is not of whether but of when.
