In Vasool Raja, Navdeep is playing a mass character for the first time in his career. The film was launched today. Director Krissh, Manchu Manoj, Lakshmi Prasanna, Tapsee Pannu made it to the launch ceremony. Directed by Karthikeya Gopalakrishna of Sadhyam fame, the film stars Sri Hari in a key role.

"I liked the narration of the director. I like the passion of the producers (Rathan Pandey, Mahankali Diwakar) to make a good film," Sri Hari said.

Navdeep is confident that the role helps him to show a new side of him. "I am sure the film will give a break. We will shoot for 10 days from today onwards," he said.

Brahmanandam, 'Sathyam' Rajesh, Geetha Bhagath are playing important roles. Music and lyrics are by Chinni Charan. Dialogues are by Rama Swamy. Photography is by G Krishna Prasad.
