Yes, Manchu Manoj was almost a Pawan Kalyan when he spoke at the pre-release event of 'Okkadu Migiladu'.

The actor revealed as to why, a few months ago, he tweeted that he would stop acting! "I have been thinking about the oppression of the weak. Everywhere, the weak are facing hardships. Even in the film industry, small films face huge difficulties when they want to release. Vexed with all this, I wanted to leave films, join the people and question the wrong-doers," he began saying.

"When I tweeted that 'OM' will be my last film, my wife, my parents and others didn't say anything. It's because they have always known me. They know what I have been like since childhood. But my brother hit me hard when he came back home. He convinced me that I should first earn enough so that I can be in a position to help the needy," he said. In talking about his childhood, he was more like Power Star.

He further said, "There will come a day when I am going to question every oppressor. I am taking note of all of them. I swear on my parents. I will question you all. I will make you tell the answer."

The actor also said that 10 percent of what he earns goes into helping farmers.
