Kollywood is shell-shocked over the suicide of producer-director Ashok Kumar, who has left a suicide note accusing film financier Anbu Chezian of posing a threat to his family women which forced him to take the extreme step.

It is also a well-known fact that Mani Ratnam's brother-producer, GV, had committed suicide in 2003 allegedly because the same Anbu had pushed him to pay exorbitant interest rates. He is politically well-connected.

Director Suseenthiran (of the recent 'Care Of Surya') has revealed the shocking news that superstar Ajith was forced to walk out of Bala's 'Naan Kadavul' by Anbu years ago. Actually, there are rumors that Ajith was even assaulted by Anbu!

He has written a letter to Ajith fans that their idol was almost pushed to the level of Ashok Kumar. Further contents of the letter suggest that directors Linguswamy, Gautham Vasudev Menon and seventy-five percent of producers and actors have been allegedly tortured by the 'Kanthu Vatti' mafia leader Anbu Chezian.

It may be noted that Vishal has demanded action against Anbu.
