Aishwarya Rajesh, who proved her mettle in Vijay Deverakonda's 'World Famous Lover', has given a TEDx talk at IIM Trichy. Certain portions of her address are inspiring and give us a glimpse into her struggle to reach the place she has.

Her tryst with suffering began when her father died when she was 8. Years later, her eldest brother, who was in a relationship, died in mysterious circumstances. Months later, the demise of her second brother in a road accident happened. Aishwarya had to work in a supermarket as a salesgirl to support her mother, the only sibling, and herself.

People trying to lower her self-esteem were aplenty. From her skin colour to her complexion and the way she looked, everything came in for unsavoury remarks from them. Even her dressing sense was mocked.

The actress, over the years, has been able to carve a niche for herself in the Tamil and Telugu film industries.
