After wowing Tamil audience with his brilliant performance in 'Aravaan', Pasupathy is now Mollywood bound. The actor, who kept a low profile for more than a year thanks to the Vasanthabalan-directed film, has now signed a couple of Malayalam projects, and is happy about the development.
He will be seen playing a crucial role in MA Nishad's 'No 66 Madurai Bus'. The film has Padmapriya and Shweta Menon in important characters. Also in Pasupathy's list is 'Outsider', a Premlal film which has Sreenivasan and Indrajith in pivotal roles.
"I was impressed with the script of both the films and they way they are narrated," says Pasupathy, adding: "Knowing a language in which he is acting is important for an actor. Only then he could have control over his character."
Meanwhile, attempts are on to release 'No 66 Madurai Bus' in Tamil as well, since Pasupathy, Padmapriya and Shweta Menon are popular in Kollywood too. In 'Outsider', it is said the actor is playing a role with negative shades.
