This curiosity does not kill - Pandiraj's film is underway, what is happening at the shooting spot? Actually nothing sensational, says the film's crew. Ever since Nayanthara was announced as Simbu's heroine for the film, all heads have turned towards this project, eyeing the shooting keenly, for any traces of the past intervening. But the actors do not seem to carry anything from the past - neither joy and friendship nor anger and sorrow. There are occasions when Simbu and Nayan are spotted chatting, laughing and having a good time. But all that is strictly how co-artistes would behave, without any sign of personal attachment to it. Still, we wanted it out of the horse's mouth.

So when Nayan was asked for an opinion on working with her ex love interest, the answer is simple yet bowls you over. "I liked the script narrated to me and the role I play in it. Pandiraj is an acclaimed director and it is nice to work on his project. The team was ready to give me the remuneration I demanded. I did not see anything else hindering my decision to agree" says Nayanthara.
