There is one element in 'Baahubali-2', a crucial element at that, guessing which we never could. It's that the Kuntala princess Devasena (Anushka) driving the story forward with Sivagami in tandem. Even those who came close to guessing the story didn't imagine that Devasena was the woman to watch out for.

Anushka, as a gutsy princess, speaks truth to power (as represented by Ramya Krishna's Sivagami) in the magnum opus. She can't take it lying down. We had glimpses of her character in 'Baahubali-The Beginning' itself. Despite being chained and held captive for years, Devasena's optimism and self-respect are intact. She refuses to budge even as Bhallaladeva tirelessly makes demands.

In 'Baahubali-The Conclusion', she is that princess who, despite knowing well that Mahishmathi is a giant in front of her kingdom, questions Sivagami's lack of high-mindedness. You have to watch it to enjoy it!
