If you listened to Megastar Chiranjeevi's speech at the felicitation of Mohan Babu in Vizag the other day, you wouldn't have missed the banter between the two much-in-news-for-their-alleged-rivalry actors. When it was Chiru speaking, he made it a point to imitate Mohan Babu. He elaborated on the conversation they had when MB called up Chiru to invite him for the event. And when it was Mohan Babu's turn, he made it a point to take Chiru's name twice - one time for no apparent reason, another time for a clap-worthy one.

Imitating Mohan Babu, Chiru said that he attended the function only to avoid unnecessary arguments with the former. In fact, Chiru was suggesting that he was avoiding a controversy. The Megastar must have wanted to convey that if he didn't come, Mohan Babu would have made an issue out of it. Chiru, however, was quick enough to project Mohan Babu as someone who loves him so much. "Mohan Babu di rakshasa prema', he said as the Collection King laughed.

On his part, Mohan Babu asked Chiru to listen to his speech when he was talking about his travails during the struggling days before he got the first break in Madras. He later said that he will felicitate Chiru when he completes 40 years three years from now.

All is well that ends well. For all we know, Chiru and Mohan Babu "love each other". This was endorsed by none other than Dasari Narayana Rao, who himself was inexplicably on the verge of taking Chiru's name more than twice when his intention was to take someone else's name!
