What happened to 'Sirivennela' ?

The songs of K.Viswanath's 'Sirivennela', released in 1986, were so popular that lyricist Chembolu Seetharama Sastry turned 'Sirivennela' Seetharama Sastry with that film.It is Seetharama Sastry's debut film as a lyricist.

We usually see the name of this legendary lyricist either as 'Sirivennela' Seetharama Sastry or Seetharama Sastry in title cards and on posters of movies. It is well known that he is penning lyrics for Mani Rathnam's upcoming romantic entertainer 'Ok Bangaram'. On the posters of the film, released recently, his name appeared as Ch.Seetharama Sastry. It has surprised fans of the veteran lyricist.

Dil Raju is producing 'Ok Bangaram' in Telugu and the film is scheduled for a Summer release. Mammootty's son Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menon are playing the lead pair in this love entertainer.
