Actress Shilpa Shetty, who was last seen in the comedy flick 'Hungama 2', is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming film 'Nikamma'. As most people are aware, last several months have been quite tough on Shilpa. She had to deal with multiple lawsuits and her husband Raj Kundra being involved in a pornography scandal also added to her troubles.
During the trailer launch event of 'Nikamma', the actress was asked to shed some light on how she tackled all these problems. Shilpa responded by pointing out how inappropriate the question was. She said, "I think we are here to celebrate a new beginning not just for me but our director Sabbir (Khan) and actors Abhimanyu and Shirley who have worked very hard on this movie. I don't think this is about me or my life."
Then coming back to the question, Shilpa stated, "We've all in our lives have been through a difficult phase. The last 2 years have not just been difficult for me but a lot of people. The film industry in general, too. Because films have been ready, they've been in the can but not been able to see the light of the day. People couldn't come into theatres. But, this is a big moment for us."
