We are not expecting apology from Garikapati: Naga Babu

Naga Babu has said that it is not expected of Garikapati Narasimha Rao, who recently found himself getting angry with Chiranjeevi at a cultural event, to tender an apology for losing his cool.

In his tweet, the Mega Brother today said that Garikapati must have been in a bad mood that day. “We just want him to understand that a learned man like him shouldn’t have behaved that way. We have no intention to draw an apology from him at all. I urge Mega fans not to abuse him but understand him,” Naga Babu said.

It seems Chiru has privately asked his followers not to insult the Padma Shri recipient.

Bhavani Ravikumar, who is associated with the Chiranjeevi Yuvatha, a fans association, yesterday called up Garikapati to express displeasure on behalf of the ‘Godfather’ star’s fans over his behaviour. Garikapati suggested that he would speak to Chiru, indicating that he might apologize.  So far, the likes of Harish Shankar, Naga Babu, VN Aditya and several other Tollywood personalities have criticized Garikapati.
