Starring Amitabh Bachchan, Farhan Akhtar and Aditi Rao Hydari, the film is produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and directed by Bejoy Nambiar.

As the title denotes, 'Wazir' is about a chess player. The story revolves around Big B's character, who is a disabled former chess champion.

Farhan will be seen portraying the role of an ATS cop in 'Wazir' for which he has undergone a drastic look change. This is for the first time he plays the police's character.

The film is scheduled to hit the screens on 2nd October.
