'Wazir' gives B-Town New Action Hero - Farhan Akhtar

Be it directing a cult film like 'Dil Chahta hai', be it being the voice behind superhit 'Rock-on' songs or be it depicting the legendary athlete Milkha Singh's life through powerful acting, Farhan Akhtar has always delivered earnestly. With his latest offering 'Wazir', Farhan underlines the fact outright that he is the Jack of all trades, thanks to his power packed performance clubbed with action in 'Wazir'.

Farhan, who tried his hands for the first time in the action genre with 'Wazir' wins hands down. Ever since the release the audiences are going gung ho about his performance as an ATS cop. It is hard to believe that, 'Wazir' is Farhan's first action film. In fact producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra was left stunned when he saw Farhan's performance in the films first cut.

In addition to action, Farhan has mermerized the audiences with his effortless exhibition of complex emotions throughout the film. Be it romance, grief, aggression, anger, anguish, disappointment or helplessness the actor has done complete justice to each emotion in its best stride.

'Wazir' which stars Farhan Akhtar and Amitabh Bachchan is being loved by the audiences. B-Town celebrities who attended the film previews as well as first day cinegoers have given Kudos to the actor and accoladed his realistic portrayal of an ATS Officer. Thanks to 'Wazir' our B-Town has a new Action Hero - Farhan Akhtar.
