WATCH OUT: 'PK' Aamir Khan will greet you when you visit cinema house

When its Mr.Perfectionist movie, mind you, the promotions will be no less than perfect... In an innovative marketing strategy for his forthcoming film PK', the makers of Aamir Khan starrer will be installing a special standees of the actor at multiplexes. And these standees, which will be a huge sized picture of Aamir, will have a voice box which will speak out to the public.
Confirming that this is first-of-its-kind concept for a movie promotion, a source close to the film stated, "It is for the first time any Bollywood film will have a talking standee. It adds an interesting element to a static marketing tool."
It's no surprise that it was Aamir and PK' director Rajkumar Hirani's idea behind these talking standees.
Earlier Aamir had specially stepped into promote his films - by visiting places in disguises for 3 Idiots', being a barber for Ghajini', wearing a hat for public appearance to keep in tune with his character for his last release Dhoom:3'.
Meanwhile PK' has been giving out clear signals, right from the beginning, that a transistor plays pivotal role in the film. Aamir was often spotted with it in the on-location pics and now in the first look of PK', where the actor appears nude, with only transistor covering his crotch.
Also starring Anushka Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjay Dutt, PK' is slated to release on 19th December.
