Actress Shubha Shetty is all set to make her Kannada debut in the film Jackpot opposite Dhyaan. In this comedy film, Shubha plays the role of a middle class girl. And the film also has actors Sudeep and Sunil Rao in guest appearances.

Shubha has previously appeared in Tamil films. She made her debut in Macchi opposite Dhusyant last year. Her latest film is Tirudiya Idethai opposite Rohan and another one Shammugha with Richard is yet-to-be-released.

Shubha is a Mangalorean and since she has grown up in Bangalore, she is very happy to be able to work on a career in her own hometown. Jackpot will be released early next month and Shubha is waiting to see the response she recieves before signing on new projects.
