Burst onto the big screen as the ace director Puri Jagannath's younger brother in the film '143' in 2004, Sairam Shankar has come a long way in terms of the movies he's done, roles he enacted, muscles he flexed or the one liners he shot. But the one thing that is clearly eluding him is the 'Success' that can make him a brand, more than 'Puri's brother’. On his birthday today, he disclosed the details of his upcoming films and expressed his confidence that he would strike the chord this time with his audience.

The actor said ‘I still feel the energy I had when I was working with Teja in ‘1000 Abaddhalu’ and given a chance, would love to work again with him. I am doing two films... ‘Romeo’ in Gopi Ganesh’s direction and ‘Dillunnodu’ in ‘Bumper Offer’ fame Jaya Ravindra’s direction. Both the directors are Puri’s disciples and we know each other enough well to take off easily. I discuss with my brother before accepting any project and it’s my dream to work with him after I hit a success’

IndiaGlitz wishes the young actor a very happy birthday and may his passion for films are strengthened with success that could help him grow as an actor and a star.
