Director V V Vinayak has been constructing a house in the Narsingi area near Gandipet Lake, in Hyderabad. The news is that the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority authorities have razed the under-construction house near the Outer Ring Road on the grounds that it "violates the rules mentioned in Government Order No. 111".

The 'Khaidi No. 150' director's plan was to move into the house in 2020. Although the HMDA had issued him several notices, the filmmaker didn't respond, reports say. At the time of writing this news, Vinayak is yet to comment on the development.

The director is scheduled to debut as a lead man in a movie to be produced by Dil Raju. He has also been in talks with Nandamuri Balakrishna for a flick, which might happen only next year.
