For the past few years Vijay Sethupathi has been appearing in the highest number of films. Already this year the list of his completed films includes 'Idam Porul Eval', 'Mamanithan', 'Yathum Ure Yavarum Kelir', 'Mumbaikkar', '19 (1) (a)', 'Pisaasu 2' and 'Kathu Vakkula Rendu Kadhal'. His films under production are Kamal Haasan's 'Vikram', Vetrimaaran's 'Viduthalai', 'Gandhi Talks' and 'Michael'.

It is now official that the shooting of one more Vijay Sethupathi film is wrapped up. The film is 'VJS 46' directed by Ponram and produced by Sun Pictures. The team shared photos of the final day shoot with a cake cut. It is revealed that post- production is on in full swing for a late summer release.

'VJS 46' has Vijay Sethupathi and Anukreethy Vas as the lead pair while Prithvi Pandiarajan, 'Bigg Boss 4' fame Shivani Narayanan and CWC Pugazh play other important characters. Vijay Sethupathi appears as a cop after 'Sethupathi'.
