The late VJ Chithra who passed away a week earlier under mysterious circumstances continues to be in the news as much for the intriguing case as to the love that her colleagues and fans have for her.

Keerthana Dinakar the popular dance instructor and television anchor has posted a set of photographs in which she has recreated many memorable moments of Chithra as Mullai in Pandian stores.

Netizens have been wowed by the close resemblance that Keerthana has to Chithra and one should say that she has nailed it not only in her getups but also in precise facial expressions. Those who have seen it have also opined that Keerthana is the right choice to replace Chithra as Mullai.

Keerthana has however posted a message as to her intention of the photoshoot writing "MULLAI/ CHITHU IS IRREPLACEABLE. We love her too. We are sure that they have finalised the replacement character by now. We have done this photoshoot in a way to respect her and show our love towards her. Hope the people who loves her just like us will be happy to see these photos"
