Pandian Stores' fame actress Chithra fondly known as Chithu by her friends and fans died by apparently hanging herself in the bathroom of a star hotel she was staying in near Nazrethpet in Chennai. Her husband Hemanth Kumar had stated that she came back from a shoot after midnight on December 8th and went in for a bath but did not return for a long time and later her body was found hanging.

Chithra body was cremated on December 10th after the postmortem confirmed that the cause of death was suicide by hanging. Her husband Hemnath Ravi who was arrested in connection with the death was recently granted conditional bail.

Meanwhile Chithra's first and last movie titled 'Calls' is hitting the screens this Friday and a sneak peek has been released which has the late actress giving some valuable life advice.

In the video Chithra and another girl are traveling in a cab and the latter bickers about the difficulties she is facing. A calm Chithra tells her that difficulties are necessary in everyone's life and only when the heat of the sun gets unbearable one should go to the shade. Likewise in life difficulties are like the heat of the sun and happiness is like the shade.

Chithra in the 'Calls' video asks her friend to realise how lucky she is that her office has provided her a cab to travel while millions have to take the bus. Similarly the happiness will seem worthy only after surpassing difficulties is what the late psychology student turned actress says as a parting shot.
