8 dead and 5000 sick after gas leak from Vizag chemical plant!

In a shocking incident, eight persons, including two senior citizens and an 8-year-old girl died and more than 5,000 people fell ill after a gas leak from a chemical plant in Vizag early morning today.
It has been said that the leakage happened around 3 am at LG Polymers industry located at RR Venkatapuram close to Naiduthota. The horrible incident has panicked people residing in the locality and lots of people affected by the gas fell unconscious on roads and many are complaining of breathing difficulties, some people are having rashes on body and soar eyes.
As soon the incident was reported, local police rushed to the area and started evacuating people there and as of now, the reason for the gas leak hasn't been identified. Vizag district collector V Vinay Chand is currently monitoring the situation and has assured to bring the situation under control in two hours.
