Comedian Vivek who had been recently shooting in Chennai was seriously injured due to a freak accident. The incident took place while the actor was working on his project, Pathaayiram Kodi.

The actor suffered a serious injury, for including a dislocated knew and a few fractures because of the accident. Being in pain, but the actor was rushed to a hospital and the shooting was cancelled immediately. The director has agreed for the actor to take rest completely and will wait until Vivek is fully fit again. We hope the Kalaimamani recipient has a speedy recovery and is back in action soon.
