The news that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan testing positive for the COVID 19 along with Amitabh Bachchan and Abishek Bachchan has shocked millions of fans. While the father-son duo are getting treated at the Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai Ash and her little daughter are quarantined in their homes itself because they have only mild symptoms.

Get well messages are pouring in from all quarters of the world and Aishwarya's ex-boyfriend Vivek Oberoi also extended his wishes by captioning "Our prayers for the well being and quick recovery of the family". Netizens are lauding Vivek's gesture and calling him a gentleman to show his solidarity to his ex-girl in her moment of strife.

Vivek and Aishwarya allegedly had an affair in 2003 while shooting for 'Kyun! Ho Gaya Na...' but later broke up for undisclosed reasons. Vivek after tasting success as a villain in Thala Ajith's 'Vivekam' has also done similar roles in Mohan Lal's 'Lucifer' and Tam Charan's 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama'
