Chief Minister M Karunanidhi has been kept busy by film personalities in the last one week or so. Adding to the long list of film personalities meeting Chief Minister M Karunanidhi was comedian Vivek. The sought-after comedian, who is currently acting with Rajnikanth in Sivaji, called on Karunanidhi at his residence in Chennai on Sunday.

Interestingly Vivek had penned an open letter in a Tamil weekly in which he hailed the work of K Bhagyaraj. Impressed by his work, the Chief Minister penned a poem in a Tamil daily hailing Vivek for his work.

He had described the actor as a man with great knowledge and humility.

Both Vivek and Karunanidhi share a common belief in rationalist ideology. When asked Vivek, said, 'It was just a courtesy call and he congratulated the Chief Minister on assuming the mantle of Chief Ministership for the fifth time'.
