Did you know what character Vivek played in ‘Indian 2’ ?

Legendary comedian Vivek passed away on April 17th much to the shock of the Tamil cinema fraternity and fans.  It is a well-known fact that the people’s favorite star had a long-time dream of sharing screen space with Kamal Haasan and it finally came to fruition when Shankar signed him for ‘Indian 2’.

We broke the news first to you on  September 27, 2019 that Vivek is playing the role of cop much like the one played by Nedumudi Venu in the original.  Read Interesting character for Vivek in Indian 2!  It is said that his character will come throughout the film and he shot for almost fifty percent before his untimely death.

Director Shankar has stated in court that he has to reshoot Vivek’s portions in ‘Indian 2’ as the character is a major one.  As to who would be replacing Vivek in the film remains to been seen as Shankar and Lyca Productions are expected to meet and sort out their differences before April 28th when the next hearing on the case will be held.
