'Vivaha Bhojanambu', starring Satya as a stingy husband, is all set to stream on SonyLIV. The direct-to-digital release will stream from August 27.

Announcing the date on Thursday, the streaming platform tweeted, "Get ready to attend the lockdown wedding of the year and live through the comic events that happen after, with Vivaha Bhojanambu streaming on 27th August on Sony LIV! (sic)."

Featuring Sundeep Kishan in a special role, the film's trailer was out recently. Aarjavee (heroine), Sudharsan (sidekick), Srikanth Iyengar (problematic elder), Subbaraya Sharma, Late TNR, Viva Harsha (another sidekick), Shivan Narayana, Madhumani, Nitya Sree, Kireeti, Dhaya, Kalpa Latha and others have played key roles.

Directed by Ram Abbaraju, its music is by AniVee. Presented by Anandi Arts, Soldiers Factory, and Vankatadri Talkies, the comedy entertainer has the story by Bhanu Bogavarapu. Dialogues are by Nandu RK.

Sudheer Babu's 'Sridevi Soda Center' and Sushanth's 'Ichata Vahanamulu Niluparadu' will also be hitting the screens on the same date. Unlike 'Vivaha Bhojanambu', they are theatrical releases.
