It is known that Sithara Entertainments has bagged the Telugu remake rights of Malayalam film Kappela, which is a blockbuster hit at the Kerala box office. The film is receiving praises from all over.

As per the latest buzz, actor Vishwak Sen has been roped in to play one of the lead roles in the film. He will be reprising Sreenath Basi’s character Roy. Roy is a short-tempered guy who is an unemployed graduate and takes up any task to earn his living. So Vishwak Sen will be playing this role and it is sure he is going to pull off the aggressive role really well.

Kappela is all about an easy going and happy girl who falls in love with an auto rickshaw driver. She meets for the first time after falling in love with him and what happens next takes the film to a whole new level.

The film comes with a social message, opened largely to positive reviews from the Malayalam audience.

Surya Devara Naga Vamsi has already bought the remake rights of Ayyappanum Koshiyum as well. Earlier they have remade Premam also. So Kappela will be the third film they will be remaking in Telugu. Details of other members of the cast are awaited.
