Vishwak Sen has endeared himself to movie lovers, especially among the masses who affectionately hail him as Mass Ka Das. Starting with his debut in 'Vellipomakey', he ventured into directing with "Falaknuma Das," capturing imaginations with a diverse filmography that includes "Ee Nagaraniki Emaindhi" (2018), "HIT: The First Case" (2020), "Ori Devuda" (2022), and his second directorial, "Das Ka Dhamki" (2023). Notably, he showcased versatility with the romantic flick "Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam," deviating from his usual mass entertainers.
Presently immersed in projects like "Gangs of Godavari," "Gaami," and "VS 10," a sudden and concerning piece of news surfaced — Vishwak Sen had an unfortunate fall from a lorry during the shoot. This incident occurred while filming for "Gangs of Godavari," directed by Krishna Chaitanya.
Engaged in an action sequence and diligently rehearsing, Vishwak Sen slipped and fell from the lorry. The circulating video sparked worry among his devoted fans. However, reassurance followed as it was revealed that the incident was a few weeks old, and Vishwak Sen has already recuperated from his injury, reassuring everyone of his well-being.
Inside sources reveal that he is gearing up for the upcoming shoots. In "Gangs of Godavari," Vishwak Sen is set to romance the talented Neha Sshetty in the lead role, portraying the character of Lankala Ratna. The film also features Nassar, Sai Kumar, and Goparaju Ramana in pivotal roles, with the musical brilliance of Yuvan Shankar Raja. Scheduled for release on December 8, 2023, the film is a joint production of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas.
Vishwak Sen is pinning all his hopes on Gangs of Godavari as his earlier films despite decent reviews failed to set the screens on fire at the box office. Apart from these projects,Vishwak Sen is also busy with the sequels to the hit films Falaknuma Das and Dhamki.
