'Maveeran Kittu'- First Weekend Box Office Performance

Director Suseenthiran's 'Maveeran Kittu' starring Vishnu Vishal and Sridviya in lead roles released on December 2 (Friday).

The film has released in 21 screens in Chennai. With 245 shows in the first three day weekend the film has collected Rs.47,22,670 with 70% occupancy and this is termed by the Trade source as 'Average Opening'.

The film is being hailed for its unabashed attack on caste hierarchy in Tamil Nadu and its genuine voice against caste oppression. The film has been generating positive word of mouth and it is expected to pick up in the coming days. .
