Actor Vishnu Vishal was last seen on screen before two years in the comedy entertainer Silukkuvarpatti Singam and is now set to have his next big release on a festive occasion.

It has been officially announced that director Prabhu Solomon's multilingual movie Kaadan starring Rana Daggubati and Vishnu Vishal in lead roles will release in theatres on Pongal 2021. The hindi version Haathi Mere Saathi will release simultaneously as well.

Sharing the release update, Vishnu Vishal tweeted "While the world deals with a deadly pandemic today, our forests have been fighting a growing pandemic of human encroachment for a long time! When will this stop!? Watch #Kaadan releasing on Pongal 2021 only at a theatre near you!".
