Vishnu Vishal and Soori have been long time friends ever since they acted together in 'Vennila Kabbadi Kuzhu' directed by Suseenthiran which gave big breaks to both their film careers. However a couple of weeks back Soori filed a case in the Saidapet court that a producer Anbuvel Rajan had cheated him to the tune of 3.10 Crores by overselling a land that had several litigations and documentation issues attached.

Soori had also named former DGP Ramesh Kudawla the father of Vishnu Vishal in the case and had also requested that the case be transferred to the CBI fearing that the former policeman could hamper the case.

Today Ramesh Kudawla has approached the Madras High Court seeking anticipatory bail in the Soori case fearing arrest. The hearing on the petition will be held next week.
