From the existing 2 acres land adjacent to Abhiman Studio the government of Karnataka sanctions 2 acres of land nearby for Dr Vishnuvardhana Memorial on account of litigation from TN Balakrishna family. It was a recent development for that Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana was also happy for progress of Memorial work of her husband.

The scene is different now. For the government of Karnataka sanctioned 2 acres land at a nearby place also is in litigation. A Public Interest Litigation was filed before the High Court by BM Kaval, Shivaraj N and Deepak CN. The forest and law departments are against the state government plan to set up memorial at BM Kaval reserve forest.

There is a gloom and unhappiness among the fans of Dr Vishnuvardhana and family members. The government of Karnataka thought of laying foundation stone at this place soon.
