Action hero Vishal last had a mediocre outing with the Lingusamy directorial Sandakozhi 2, the sequel to their 2005 blockbuster Sandakozhi, that was released amidst humongous expectations but ended as an average outing. Next the actor is busy shooting for his Ayogya.

Directed by Venkat Mohan, a former associate of AR Murugadoss, Ayogya is the official Tamil remake of 2016 Tollywood hit Temper that was directed by Puri Jagannadh and starred Jr NTR and Kajal Aggarwal, and the Tamil version is produced by Tagore Madhu.

It has been reported that the trailer of Ayogya will be out on February 6. Ayogya will have Vishal playing a corrupt cop who turns over a new leaf to fight for a social issue, and Raashi Khanna will be seen playing his love interest, while R.Parthiepan and KS Ravikumar will play other vital roles. Ayogya will have music by Sam CS, and is expected to hit screens in March.
