The Pongal festival just got more exciting with the addition of Vishal’s long-awaited film to the release lineup. A new poster for the film has been unveiled, and it’s already creating a buzz across social media platforms.

Initially, there were reports that Ajith’s Vidaamuyarchi would be released during Pongal. However, the film was unexpectedly withdrawn, paving the way for a slew of other films to claim the festive release slots. Among the major titles set for release are Game Changer, Vanangaan, Kadhalikka Neramillai, Madras Kaaran, and several others.

Adding to this list, actor Santhanam took to his social media to confirm that Vishal’s long-delayed film MadhaGajaRaja will finally hit the screens this Pongal. Directed by Sundar C and originally filmed in 2012, the movie has been shelved for over 12 years, leaving fans eagerly awaiting its release.

Despite multiple postponements in the past, this time, the makers are confident that MadhaGajaRaja will indeed make its way to theaters during the festive season.

The movie features a star-studded cast, including Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Anjali in lead roles, alongside Santhanam, Nithin Sathya, Sadagopan Ramesh, and several others. With music composed by Vijay Antony, the film is anticipated to be another successful venture for Vishal.

As fans gear up for Pongal celebrations, the announcement of Madhagajaraja joining the lineup has added to the excitement, making this festival season one to remember!
